I like this app and like this game. The ui is great. A couple issues: there are no rules, no information on scoring, or anything helpful to get new users up and running. Youre kind of on your own to figure things out. Second, the pro version is absurdly expensive. 19.99 a month is more than top streaming services. Give me a one time flat right and I will buy, but an ongoing subscription for minimal improvements is a nonstarter.

Best game on the phone

No more updates/support. Can’t play against AI. The AI never sets there initial hand so can’t play. Everything else works great, I just wish AI was able to work.

The apps layout is great. User experience is good for the most part. It fails on two fronts: 1- there’s no documentation anywhere on how the game works, the scoring, how much time does one have per turn, how many free plays, how does one climb the leader board, etc, there is in fact no documentation whatsoever. 2- some app bugs. E.g. the app sometimes accepts me into a tournament but then doesn’t actually seat me or deal me cards. If I refresh, app says I already my used free tournament and next one available is in a few hours. Also, it sometimes refuses to register a play and then places the cards in default positions instead. This may be an internet connectivity problem, not sure.

Ok so now the verification code worked…woo hoo. But now I can’t start a new game. Very disappointed

I was beating the “beginner” by 2999 points now it won’t play against me. I need to get help logging into my original account, but it won’t let me even try

It’s a fun game if you like pineapple, but too many times it freezes up after the computer opponent opens their cards. There’s nothing to do but wait, and sometimes it never resolves. Very frustrating.

Never sends a code to my phone

Tried creating an account to play with friends at work and can’t even do that. App does not send verification code to creat account. Friend downloading it like 5 times already!!

Please provide the rules as to why I lose a hand as fouled or scooped. I don’t see why I lose sometimes to the opponent. PL

The app will never send a text verification so i can not even get into it to play

Got a new phone and it won’t send me the verification text to play. Have tried on cellular and WiFi multiple times

Support team has not reached out to multiple emails. I plan on being a paying customer. Notified them of that. No access to game after entering my phone number.

Since I reset my phone I cannot get back on this app. It repeatedly asks me to enter my phone number to get a code, but it never sends the code. Therefore I have not been able to use the app since.

Frustrating

The company does not respond to emails or post on Twitter regarding my inability to download the code to activate the app on my iPhone 14 Pro. Any ideas?

The game refuses to send the phone number verification code. Tried many many times. Definitely needs fixing.

Can’t get a pass the initial loading screen. I’ve entered my phone number my wife’s phone number and try the app on several different devices. Additionally, I’ve emailed the publisher with no response. As far as I can tell, it’s a zombie app that doesn’t work and nobody is supporting/maintaining it.

Countless people I see online with same issue. You can’t log in with your phone number.

Notifications haven’t been working and no one seems to be supporting this app. Please fix the notifications. It’s a fun game but have to know it’s my turn to play.

on my device as well as my friends, the notifications have stopped working even after we downloaded and redownloaded the game. we have completely separate phone, completely separate plans, and we live in completely separate countries so it’s gotta be an app issue which makes it kind of annoying to play back, but other than that, game works well

I have been playing the game on this app for about a year. It is great, I play multiple games with friends and it works very well. For the last 2 months the app has not been giving notifications when players play their turn. Hoping it gets fixed soon because it’s very bothersome.

Loved this game and have played for years but I cannot receive notifications anymore and that has made it difficult to stay engaged. 5 stars if the notifications came back.

I use to play this app all the time but my notifications stopped appearing causing the games to take forever with my buddy. It is the same on his end. If this changes this is a 5 star app

Bought a new iPad and downloaded the app it told me the phone number is wrong and no way to do a FORGOT PASSWORD or start a new account…… if this could be resolved it would be 5stars

Usually great working app but please fix the fact that now it doesn’t notify you when it’s your move on anything. I checked with all my friends and it’s the same for them. It just started a few weeks ago
